WRITE A LETTER, SAVE A LIFE

WHAT YOU CAN DO

The single most important thing you can do right now to save lives is to let your congress people and senators know that you care. Send them a handwritten letter letting them know that:

To find the correct addresses simply go to www.house.gov and www.senate.gov and enter your zip code and state.

As Senator Simon said after Rwanda, letters would have made the difference then; so let’s write them now in honor of those whose lives have been lost.

PROVIDE HUMANITARIAN FUNDING

The second thing you can do is donate funds to those who are working in Darfur and Chad. Six million people are at risk of death from violence and disease. Groups like Doctors Without Borders and others are their only chance and they are operating on budgets that are a fraction of what they need. Visit www.doctorswithoutborders.org and others to make a difference.

Every amount you send helps, a few dollars can provide medicines and food which will save entire families.

JOIN US

And third, if you would like to join us in our activism for peace in Darfur, we would love to have you. Our challenge is to take this effort to as many cities as we can as quickly as possible – if you have suggestions for venues and assistance in organizing the show, they would be most welcome. If you would like to assist us through sponsorship, we will put your donation to work. Also, if you are interested in archival quality prints from the show, many of them are available for a donation. Please contact us through the website for further information.
